2. Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use this site or make a purchase. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

3. Platform & Payments

Our store is hosted on Wix. Payments are processed by Wix Payments and/or PayPal. Please review their terms for details on payment processing and security.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

We try to display product colours and details accurately, but screens vary. We may limit or discontinue products at any time and may change prices without notice.

5. Orders & Account Information

We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, duplicate orders, resellers). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information so we can fulfil your order.

6. Shipping, Customs & DDP

We ship worldwide. Unless stated otherwise on the product page or checkout:

  • DDP (customs prepaid): import taxes/duties are prepaid so you should not be charged extra on delivery in supported destinations.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our standard policy is 14 days from delivery, items unused and in original packaging. Some items are non-returnable (e.g., personalised, final sale). Please see our Refunds & Returns policy for full instructions and conditions.

8. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to other sites. These are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

9. User Content (Reviews, Comments)

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use and display them for marketing and operational purposes. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

15. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you breach these Terms. Obligations accrued before termination survive.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
