We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items returned damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition may only receive a partial refund.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Customised / personalised items (if applicable)

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider (refunds may take time to process)

  3. Contact your bank

  4. If still not resolved, email us at info@ohsobello.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us first at info@ohsobello.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the return value.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Your Return

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted

  • We strongly recommend a tracked service – we are not responsible for lost return parcels
